Social Media Marketing Specialist
📍 Fresno, CA | 🕗 Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
ZINC Financial is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or marketing student looking to kickstart their career in digital content, video production, and social media strategy.
You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing, Kyle Chezum, and help shape the voice and presence of a national brand in the real estate investment space.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
- Assist with filming and editing video content (short-form & long-form)
- Design visuals and marketing graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Write engaging social media captions and campaign copy
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and launch plans
- Monitor engagement and community interaction
- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
- Conduct basic SEO research to enhance content visibility
- Help produce content for podcasts, webinars, and other media projects
- Stay on top of social media trends and recommend ideas for brand growth
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or enrollment in a related program
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Great writing and visual communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative office environment
- Bonus: SEO knowledge, experience with paid ads, or HubSpot
