🚀 The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely within our ZINC Sales Team to streamline the loan origination process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your analytical and organizational skills as well as exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in expediting loan approvals and maintaining our commitment to excellence.​

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and expedite the loan origination process in terms of initial loan submissions
• Leverage knowledge of the loan process to keep borrowers apprised and collaborate on solutions toward efficiency
• Analyze loan applications and financial documents to assess eligibility and risk.
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and servicing teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress in our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve loan processing efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on loan metrics and sales performance for senior management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate lending.​

✅ Qualifications.

• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, loan processing, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment lending and loan products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.​
