🧭 About the Role

AsĀ Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our borrower experience—leading client success efforts while also managing operational processesĀ to ensure loans close quickly, cleanly, and compliantly. You’ll work cross-functionally across underwriting, processing, and sales teams to deliver a white-glove experience that builds trust, ensures repeat business, and upholds ZINC’s reputation for excellence.


šŸ› ļø What You’ll Do

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Own the borrower relationship pre/post-sale through funding
  • Lead onboarding calls, success check-ins, and proactive updates to brokers and investors
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, resolving issues and eliminating friction in the process

Operational Oversight & Execution

  • Monitor and manage loan pipelines—ensuring documentation, processing, and handoffs are seamless
  • Liaise with processing, underwriting, funding, compliance, and internal processors to expedite files
  • Flag bottlenecks early and drive continuous process improvements

Process Optimization & Strategy

  • Use data and reporting tools to identify process inefficiencies
  • Partner with VP of Operations to implement automation and SOPs
  • Improve NPS, SLA turnaround times, and renewal rates through tactical insights


āœ… What You Bring

  • 3–6 years in Customer Success, Loan Operations, or Account Management (preferably in lending, fintech, or B2B financial services)
  • Strong understanding of loan origination processes, documents, and timelines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills—you keep clients informed and calm under pressure
  • Experience managing or mentoring teammates, with a hands-on leadership style
  • High EQ and team-first mentality; you lead through service and data
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LOS platforms (e.g., Liquid Logics, Decipher, Lending wise), or similar tools is a plus
