POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Manager is integral to the success of ZINC Financial. This position is management in nature and requires extensive executive skillsets. This person reports directly to the president, and also works together with the management team towards fostering better business success for the organization. This person is required to be growth-oriented and be dynamic to meet up with the pace of competitors and overtake them towards re-positioning the organization for success.


JOB DETAILS:

• Understanding of private money in business purpose, Fix/Flip, DCSR, construction platform space 5+ years

• Ability to recruit, train, mentor and develop a origination team of at least 10

• Ability to provide written spread of team production through detailed metrics to Executive Team

• Ability to develop onboarding, training, and couching

• Understanding of Key Performance Indicators and ownership of such

• Must be able to interface with brokers, Loan Officers, RE Agents, borrowers, and source such of all levels of sophistication.


QUALIFICATION QUESTIONS:

1. Have you or your direct reports originated business Purpose, Fix and Flip, DSCR & Construction loans, if so, how many and how long? What was your monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume? Can you produce a spread of your track record by month, quarter, or year?

2. Have you built a team of subordinates to originate? How many team members have recruited, trained & mentored over what period? What were their production targets and how did you recruit, train, and manage them?

3. What was you and your team’s overall production (loan volume & dollar volume) on a Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis?


COMPENSATION SUMMARY:

Remote: Not Available, this person is part of the onsite executive team

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: 80k-130k Base + Bonus & Commission
