ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

As the Vice President of Operations & Construction, you will spearhead our real estate fix & flip and rental acquisition division, overseeing facility operations and ensuring strategic alignment with our objectives. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in property acquisitions, rehab, and construction management. You'll lead acquisition efforts across diverse channels, manage projects, and drive cost-effective solutions to propel our success.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement robust acquisition channels for distressed properties, leveraging wholesalers, off-market, and auction platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to optimize acquisition processes and meet targets.
  • Manage the entire acquisition lifecycle, from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with onsite personnel, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses, financial assessments, and negotiations to secure profitable acquisitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and maximize returns.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior executives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in acquiring distressed properties through various channels.
  • Proficiency in auction and off-market software, CRM systems, and strategic budgeting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within Central Valley, California.
